Meghaan Lurtz, Ph.D., is a global expert on the psychology of financial planning and the intersection of money and wellbeing. She is a Professor of Practice at Kansas State University and a lecturer at Columbia University, where she teaches Financial Psychology. Meghaan serves on multiple fintech boards and is an active contributor to the Kitces platform, writing on financial psychology and advisor-client dynamics.
Tyler Weir is CTO at Shaping Wealth, where he leads platform architecture and AI orchestration for Compass and Lydia. He brings over 20 years of engineering and CTO experience across global technology companies, including IBM and venture backed startups. Corey Westphal is Chief Revenue Officer at Shaping Wealth, where he leads go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and business development for Compass and Lydia. A two-time founder with successful exits, he brings more than 26 years of experience building and scaling technology companies, including over 15 years focused on advisor-facing fintech. Corey specializes in turning complex wealth management workflows into simple, adoptable products that drive advisor growth and client engagement.

Rizwan “Riz” Mahmood leads product, operations, and go-to-market execution at Shaping Wealth, building scalable systems and workflows that support product adoption and growth. He previously held operational leadership roles at Bolt and Careem, driving marketplace performance and expansion across global markets. Riz specializes in product operations, GTM strategy, and lean systems design.
Heidi Fuller leads operations and strategic execution at Shaping Wealth, aligning internal systems, operation workflows, and business infrastructure to support scalable growth.
